How much does a unit cost to rent?
We are currently working on the unit pricing and the chosen premises will impact the final costs.
We plan for the units to start from £250.00 a including utilities for monthly rentals.
Where is the centre located?
We are currently looking for a suitable site for creative centre within the outskirts of Birmingham City centre.

Can I hire tools & equipment?
We currently do not hire tools & equipment out to our members, but we plan in the future to offer this service.
We also plan to have an on-site workshop with industrial equipment supervised by a trained technician to assist with your larger projects.
When will the centre open?
We want to open as soon as possible, but there is lots to do before this can happen. We aim to have the building secured by Autumn 2024 and the doors open to our members in Spring 2025.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit will need to be paid before you can use the facility which is fully refundable as long as there is no damage made to the unit or waste material is left after you have finished.
What is the size of a unit?
The units are modular and come in panel sizes of 1.2 metres. The minimum unit sizes is 2.4m x 2.4m and the standard size is 3.6m x 4.8m.
